These beautiful, delicous fillets start with fresh caught blue fish, Filleted in our shop. Brined in all natural ingedients and perfectly smoked over a special combination of woods. They are golden brown and smokey on the outside and moist and delisious on the inside. Smoked Blue is a great source of omega 3.
