We start with the freshest bluefish caught daily by our family of fishermen. Once fresh filleted, these beauties get marinated in our special brine, then smoked over local cut apple, cherry, and oak wood to a moist delicious smoked filet. Delicately mixed with our all natural ingredients, to make the most delicious pate available anywhere.
On the North Fork they call it “Snappa Dip” and in Manhattan they call it Pate, but either way they all call it delicious!
